Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper. Trace your foot, then measure the longest distance (heel to longest toe). Use that length in cm to pick your EU size.

2. Between Two Sizes?

For shoes and insoles: if you're between sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort and less pressure.

3. Pet Fit Tip

Measure chest girth behind the front legs, and back length from the base of the neck to the tail. If your pet is in-between, size up.
